Suitable for the machining of aluminum profiles for the sector of windows and door.

3 Axis (X, Y, Z) are dedicated to the handling of the spindle.

2 Axis (A, B) are dedicated to the handling of the 2 beams that support the workpieces.

The workpieces are fixed with 4 pneumatic clamps, sliding on each mobile beam (5 axes). The beams can be positioned to any angle within ± 125°. The rotations are managed directly by the NC.

With dedicated accessories it can work on five sides of the profile.

Suitable for the machining of aluminum extruded profiles for residential architecture, and even for light steel shaped profiles.

By means of dedicated tools it’s suitable for working on 5 sides of aluminium, PVC and steel sections.

The workpieces are fixed with 4 pneumatic clamps, sliding on the rocking beam. The beam can be positioned at any angle within ± 125°.

The rotation is directly managed by the control cycle.
